Client Services Manager

The Client Services Manager (CSM) must have a minimum of five to seven years of experience in the development and implementation of marketing communications with a broad range of clients.  This role combines strategic thinking, implementation, writing and delegating work cost efficiently.  This individual is accountable for overseeing all aspects of the client relationship from initiation of new engagements to securing favorable client feedback on completed assignments.  Work includes strategizing marketing communications objectives, developing marketing communications plans and budgets, and implementing programs to meet established client, financial and quality objectives.  This individual will also supervise and develop CCI associates to deliver high-quality client results.

Client Services Associate

Client Services Associates at Casey Communications must have a minimum of three to five years as prolific and productive writers developing a wide range of marketing communications programs and materials, including media kits, news releases, advertising, special events, direct marketing, promotions, etc. This position requires keen strategic thinking and project management skills. Responsibilities include working with clients to develop marketing communications programs and materials, aligning communications strategies with business plans, developing comprehensive marketing communications plans and budgets, implementing programs within budget and effectively coordinating work with other team members.

Client Services Assistant

Client services assistants at Casey Communications must demonstrate experience as an effective and accurate writer, with experience in writing publicity releases, newsletter articles, features, advertising, special events, direct marketing, and/or promotions.  The position requires strategic thinking, time management skills, self-initiative and the ability to learn quickly. Candidates with multiple internship experiences and effective networking skills are most desired. Responsibilities include working with senior account staff and clients to conduct research, develop marketing communications plans and budgets, a wide variety of writing assignments and a broad range of project coordination efforts for multiple clients.
